Acceptance
By using Docira you agree to these terms. If you don't, don't use the service.
Service
Docira is a document-parsing API. We bill monthly based on the plan you subscribe to plus any per-page overage. Quotas, rate limits, and pricing are described on the pricing page.
Acceptable use
You will not submit content that is illegal, infringes third-party rights, or contains malware. You will not use the API to build a competing routing/OCR product. You will not exceed published rate limits.
Compliance posture
Free, Starter, Pro, and Scale plans are not provisioned for Protected Health Information (PHI) and do not come with a BAA. Use the Enterprise plan for HIPAA workloads. SOC 2 Type II attestation is in progress.
Liability
The service is provided "as is." Aggregate liability is capped at fees you've paid us in the prior 12 months. We're not liable for indirect damages.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced 30 days before they take effect.
